Meal Payment- Important!

Each enrolled student has a school lunch account which they can charge!
Every student has a 4 digit pin number for their "lunch account". This allows them to access and charge their school meals account.

Students receiving free or reduced meals will be charged for items not included in the meal (ie a la carte items and extras). Their eligibility includes a full breakfast and a full lunch. See free and reduced meals page. Full pay students are also charged beyond the meal price for extras or a la carte.

Manage your student's school meals and food account
It is the parent's responsibility to track their child's school food balance, add funds to their account, pay off balances, and set up autopay. Parents will manage this on  You just need a credit card and your student's 6 digit student ID number.

"My student doesn't make purchases in the cafeteria"
Please monitor their account on  to be sure. It happens.

If you do not want your child to charge purchases in the cafeteria:
It's your responsibility to tell them not to!  You still need to monitor their account on . Ask your Cafeteria Manager (see contacts below) to put a block on the account, if you wish. Once an account is blocked, cash is the only accepted payment. Please avoid embarrassing situations for your child and make sure they have a lunch, are signed up for free and reduced lunch, and/or have a POSITIVE balance or AUTOPAYMENT set up on their school lunch account on  The school district does not send home statements of balances or itemized invoices of purchases. We do send negative balance notices.

Other methods to pay for your student's meal purchases:

  1.  Authorize the District to charge a credit card for purchases.  Print this  credit card authorization form  and return the completed form to your school.
  2. Pre-pay with cash or check at your school’s office.

Creating a free account on is the easiest way to prepay, manage your student's account, set up autopay, and pay off your student's balance.

The District can not carry the financial burden of delinquent lunch account
s or spend the time and energy it takes to collect.  Therefore, as a last resort, any parent who repeatedly refuses to take one of the above actions and continues to have a negative balance on their child’s lunch account will be notified and sent to collections.
